What's in store...
Hello dear Reader!
I'm super excited about creating a space where we can dive deeper into the science and break down the data that is presented in clinical studies. I'm planning on having this journal club at least once a month. I'll be focusing on how certain foods, nutrients, and phytochemical constituents affect disease and/or promote well being. To make things more interesting, I'll be doing book reviews. My topics of interest are - ANYTHING FOOD! Where does our food come from? How are things made? How are our methods of sourcing food impacting our home?
So, make a cup of tea or brew your favorite coffee. Let's put on our critical thinking caps, sit back, and enjoy!
